1. Are you selling brand new equipment?

Yes! We only sell brand new equipment and golf related products on our website.

2. What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time by logging in to “My Account” and going to “My Orders”

After we receive the payment confirmation, we will further process your order at our shipping department. Please check the “Shipping” section below to read more about our shipping policies.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track your order by clicking on the “Track” button. Our system is connected to a UPS server to deliver you the most up-to-date information regarding your order's status.

It is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to unshipped orders. These changes require immediate assistance from customer service at support@golfio.com.

3. How do I find the item I am looking for?

Whether you know exactly what you are looking for or you are browsing to discover new and exciting items, Golfio makes it easy to do both.

Simply put a keyword into the search box on the top left corner of the page's body for an easy search.

You can also use the Product Categories menu bar on the top of the page to browse products by specific category.

If you prefer to shop by brand name, you can use the "Shop by Brand" menu to go to a specific manufacturer's page.

4. Is it safe to use my credit card on Golfio.com?

Golfio uses some of the most sophisticated security software available.

All transactions are processed with the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information with a very secure connection.

It is extremely unlikely that any transmitted transaction information will be misused.

5. Is my personal information kept private?

All information is used internally to process customers’ orders.

We will not sell and/or distribute your personal information to any other party without your consent, unless it is enforced by law.

6. How can I modify the order I've placed?

It is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to unshipped orders.

These changes will require immediate assistance from the sales customer service group at support@golfio.com.

7. I lost my password, please help!

You can request your password to be sent to your e-mail account from the password retrieval page. Then, you can update your password by logging into your account, and going to the “Account Information” section.

8. How much is the shipping cost?

Our shipping system uses actual weight and dimension to calculate shipping costs and it connects directly to the UPS server to get the most current rate of every order you place.

You are entitled to receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping if you place an order of $99 or more. The free shipping rate will be reflected automatically during the checkout process.

9. Do you do international sales?

Yes! We accept orders from international customers.
