Detailed Specification |
 |
|
The normally hard to hit lower lofted #3, #4, and #5 irons are now redesigned as forgiving hybrids and the tough middle irons are replaced with maximum perimeter weighting shaped hollow core irons that are as easy to hit as a pitching wedge. Higher lofted scoring irons #8, #9, and Pitching Wedge are deep cavity, pin seeking one putt birdie makers.
The #3, #4, and #5 hybrid irons are similar in shape to the Hex driver and have optimum weight distribution low and to the rear corners to make a forgiving club that get the ball up quickly for long high shots to the green.
The #6 and #7 middle irons are a closed deep cavity design with a vibration dampening polymer cavity cap to create a soft feel long iron with an amazingly large sweet spot resulting in unparallel accuracy necessary for low scores.
The #8, #9, and Pitching Wedge are designed with a deep cavity low weighted sole for high soft shots to the pin out of deep rough or hardpan lies.
The Hex 3-2-3 Progressive iron set is available with the proprietary Mitsubishi Rayon CP4 graphite shaft in Stiff and Regular flex or steel shaft in Stiff or Regular flex.
The Hippo dual cord grip (upper half cord, lower half soft compound) is standard and provides incredible feel and control even in wet conditions.
