SKB Hard Case Products are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the original owner. Any defects in workmanship will be covered by SKB. SKB will repair or replace any product found to be defective. Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where SKB is not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable charge. SKB DOES NOT REPLACE CASES FOR DAMAGED HARDWARE. All locks, handles and wheels have been made field replaceable and will be supplied to you at no charge, a simple phone call is all it takes.
