NEW for 2010, the Nanospeed 3i irons feature three different head designs to create one ultimate iron set. The hybrid design long irons (#3-#5) feature an innovative wide cavity and long sole that push the CG lower and deeper within the clubhead for higher launch and increased forgiveness. The pocket cavity conventional irons (#4-9,PW) in the Nanospeed 3i iron set feature a graphite cavity back design for improved feel and better control. The carbon graphite cavity insert ensures that the high repulsion face delivers maximum distance and forgiveness while providing a softer feel. The CG is progressively shifted closer to the club face across the pocket cavity long, mid and short irons (#4-#9, PW) for improved distance control and trajectory. The 3D Power Weight system at the heel & toe provides a higher MOI for enhanced control and a more stable swing.

Elastic Ti |
The Elastic Ti positioned at the kick-point of the shaft further accelerates head speeds by forcing the shaft to 'snap back' to its original position forcing the club head through the ball at greater speeds.

Centrifugal Force System |
Centrifugal Force System (CFS) further increases club head speed by using the most powerful force on earth to help all golfers: GRAVITY. Without an increase in overall shaft weight, Yonex engineers have reduced weight at the grip end of the shaft and shifted it to the tip end, allowing for greater club head acceleration through the ball when the shaft reaches the bottom of the "swing arc." This innovative design capitalizes on gravity to optimize the natural speed in the golf swing.
