Check Out Process

Golfio's checkout process is very simple and secure. Your personal information is kept safe with us. You can read more about this in the Privacy and Security section.

We have simplified the check out process to 3 easy steps*! New customers will need to create an account with us to be able to place the order. In the log-in page, use the form on the right to create your Golfio account. Your e-mail address and password will be your account's log-in information.

Existing customers will need to log-in to place their orders. Use the log-in form on the left of the log-in page, and your address information can be selected from the list, which automatically enteres them to the corresponding fields. You can still make other modifications if necessary.

Order Status

Once you have placed an order, you can check its status any time by logging in to "My Account" and going to "My Orders".

After we receive the payment confirmation, we will process your order at our shipping department. Please check the Shipping section below to read more about our shipping policies.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track your order by clicking on the "Track" button. Our system is connected to a UPS server to deliver you the most up-to-date information regarding your order's status.

It is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to unshipped orders. These changes require immediate assistance by customer service, which can be reached at


Golfio normally processes and ships orders within the estimated date range mentioned above the "Add-to-Cart" button. For example: "Ships in 2-4 Business Days". This means your order will be shipped out within approximately 2 to 4 business days from the date of order. If it says "In Stock", your order will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are considered to be normal working days, which are Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Whenever possible, we use FedEx to ship orders to ensure the highest standards for the most reasonable price.

Our shipping system uses actual weight and dimension to calculate shipping costs and it connects directly to the FedEx server to get the most current rate of every order you place. You have the option of Home Delivery, Express Saver, 2 Day, and Priority Overnight shipping that you can specify during the checkout process. Every selection has a different rate, and you select them from the list of services menu during the check out process. Please note that this is the shipping time calculation used when shipping out your order; not the the total number of days it will take for you to receive the item. For example: if the item status shows as "Item will ship in 1-3 weeks" and you choose FedEx 2 Day; it means, the item will be shipped out within 1-3 weeks using FedEx 2 Day method.

You are entitled to receive FREE FedEx Home Delivery if you place an order of $99 or more (order subtotal prior to shipping cost) for shipping to all contiguous 48 states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses. The free shipping rate will be reflected automatically during the checkout process.

We ship to all 50 U.S. States. All orders to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped by either FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Priority Overnight.

Please kindly note that oversize items such as golf bags may require additional shipping costs if shipped using FedEx.

Payment and Billing

We accept all major credit cards for payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe with our highly secured payment system.

A sales tax will be applied for orders shipped within California. These charges, if any, will be itemized and included in the total amount billed in the final step of the checkout process.

Warranties Claim

Warranty claims are subject to the original product manufacturer’s discretion. All standard warranty information can either be found together with the product, or on the manufacturer's web sites.
