Use our top tab navigation to find what you are specifically looking for.

  2. Then use the sub-tabs underneath to explore further.
  3. Every tab and sub-tab has further areas of the site mapped out down the left-hand side, as well, so you can narrow down the results.


Try entering a keyword, phrase or item number into our Search, and click Go. Then sort your Search Results easily by Relevancy, Brand, or Price to organize everything you've found the way you want it. You can also click on the wanted brand on the left of the top search bar.

Item Details

Clicking on an image or title of an item will take you to the product page. This page lists all the details about the item so you can review them before you make your purchase:

  • Key item features and attributes (price, fabric, colors, sizes, etc.).
  • Larger or alternative views.
  • Special fit information.
  • Other items that you might also like.

Placing an Item in the Shopping Bag

To purchase an item, you must first add it to your Shopping Bag.

  1. Select your color and size. View all the sizes and colors available in the item you are considering by using the drop-downs. Then make your selection.
  2. Click the Add to Shopping Bag button. After you have successfully added an item to your Shopping Bag, click Return to Shopping to continue shopping and add other items to your bag.

In order to complete your purchase, you must have or create an account with us.

New Customers

Making an account with us is easy! New customers will need to create an account with us to be able to place an order. In the sign-in page, use the New Customer form on the left to create your Golfio account. Your email address and password will be needed for your account's log-in information. Having an account with us will allow for a speedy checkout.

Existing Customers

Existing customers will need to sign in to place their orders. Click on the top sign-in link and use the form on the right of page. Your address information can be selected from the list, which automatically enters them into the corresponding fields on future orders. You can always go back to make other modifications if necessary.

Complete Your Order

After you have added an item to your Shopping Bag, you will immediately be able to view your items and start the checkout process.

Here are the steps you'll go through in the checkout process: (Our instructions will walk you through step by step once you get to your Shopping Bag.)

  1. Click Secure Checkout or Checkout with Paypal. If you are a registered customer, provide your email address and password and click Continue.
  2. Address Setup: If you are not a registered customer, create an account with us (accessible on the sign-in page) and provide a shipping address on the Your Address Book tab.
  3. Shipping & Billing Information: Choose where to ship your order and how you would like it to be shipped. Enter your payment information. Click to confirm your order.

Golfio's checkout process is very simple and secure. Your personal information is kept safe with us. You can read more about this in the Privacy and Security section.

International and Special Location Customers

For APO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and International customers, we only process your orders by email. Once we receive your email, we will send you an invoice through email to complete your order by a secure PayPal transaction.

*Please DO NOT send personal or credit card information via email unless you have previously spoken with one of our sales representatives. Email messages are not a secure way to deliver private information. Your valuable information could be at risk during transmission.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. You can check its status any time by signing into "My Account" and going to "My Orders".

After we receive the payment confirmation, we will process your order at our shipping department. Please check the Shipping section below to read more about our shipping policies.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Updates

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you with a Shipping Confirmation email. You can then track your order by clicking on the "Track" button. Our system is connected to a UPS server to deliver you the most up-to-date information regarding your order's status.

If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it within 1 business day. In the case that your item is not available, we will ship it in 2-4 business days.

To Review Your Order

Reviewing your order information is simple and easy. Just look for Completed Orders on your My Account page. It links you directly to your order history.

Online Shipping Information (United States)


You are entitled to receive FREE Shipping on ALL orders to the contiguous 48 states, excluding shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses as well as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands, and international orders. The free shipping rate will be reflected automatically during the checkout process.


Items that are In-Stock will be shipped out within 1 business day and items that are not In-Stock will be shipped out within 2-4 business days from the date of order. Business days are considered to be normal working days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Customer orders will be charged at checkout regardless of the days it takes for Golfio to ship out the products. The Amazon shipping policy that only charges customers once the tracking number is set and has shipped out, does not apply to the Golfio website orders. Regardless of the days it takes for the item to be shipped out (1 or 2-4 days). Also note that the final sale price is the amount the customer pays at the time of order.

Because we provide free shipping on all orders, we utilize three trusted carriers: FedEx, USPS, or Ontrack. For every order, we choose the carrier that will provide you with the best possible value and service. Please click on Order Status for more information.

Our shipping system uses actual weight and dimension to calculate shipping costs.

Please kindly note that oversize items such as golf bags may require additional shipping costs.

Special Locations

The Free Shipping promotion does not apply to special locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the United States Virgin Islands. Shipping may take longer to these destinations.

International Shipping, a US corporation, ships to countries worldwide. Shipping rates are dependent upon the dimensional weight and destination of the shipment. Customers are responsible for all duties, customs charges and taxes imposed by your local government. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular country.

International Orders can only be taken through phone calls. Please contact us at 1.877.746.5346 if you are interested in any of our items, or have any further questions.

International shipments are unable to be rerouted, if any attempts are made to reroute the shipment, the package will immediately be shipped back to and a credit for only the equipment purchased will be refunded.


Shipping Problems

While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact us by email or call us toll free at 1-877-746-5346. If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and call us toll free at 1-877-746-5346.

Payment Methods

Credit Card: We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

For your protection, we may verify your details with a third-party fraud check company. If there is a security concern because your billing information (address & telephone number) does not match your shipping information, your order will be cancelled and we will notify you about the cancellation through email. Once you receive a cancellation notice, please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to send your order to the right destination without further delays.

We will try our best, to resolve these problems; however, note that there could be a delay in your shipment.

Sales Tax

The amount of sales tax charged to an order varies depending on which state the item(s) will be shipped. These charges, if any, will be calculated in the total amount billed in the final step of the checkout process. You will be able to see the sales tax amount before submitting your order.

Sales Tax for California

The law states that we add all applicable taxes to items shipped to California. All sales tax for orders within the state of California is 9%. All applied taxes will be refunded if an item is returned, excluding tax applied to shipping and handling charges.

Golfio strives to provide the best possible warranty and return policies for our customers. All warranty claims are subject to the original product manufacturer’s discretion. Standard warranty information can either be found together with the product, or on the respective manufacturer's web sites.

However, in the case that the product you receive is defective, Golfio will, without charge to the consumer, replace any product or component or part thereof that is defective. Golfio does not warrant its products against damage caused by third parties. This guarantee does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear.
