Once we receive your return within the 30 days, we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment. If the unwanted item is returned after 30 days, we will still take it back for up to 90 days from the date of purchase, but will only offer STORE CREDIT in the amount that was originally paid. Please note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Please let us know before you send the item back so that we can be on the lookout for it. If we don’t know about it beforehand, your return processing may be delayed. Please note that the 90 Day Return Policy does not apply to CUSTOM CLUBS. All custom clubs cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.


If you purchase an item and realize that you want to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend you place a new order for the correct item. This is the quickest way to get the item that you want. Our availability for items change frequently so we can’t guarantee that the item you want will be available at the time of your exchange request. Then, contact us to set up a return for the unwanted item for a full refund. Please let us know within 30 days and we will send you a return shipping label. If we are notified after 30 days, we will not be able to cover the return shipping cost.


If we send you an item that is defective or not the one you ordered, we sincerely apologize and will do our best to send a replacement out immediately.   • Returned club must be in a reasonably used condition without any major damage with all original components included in one piece. We will not accept clubs that have been altered in any way (i.e. regripped, reshafted, etc.) during the 100-day period.
