The entire putter body and hosel is 3D printed using 316 stainless steel. Once printed, the head part is sintered at a high temperature to form the final product. Due to the precision of Metal Jet Printing, minimal post-process finishing is required.
Utilizing 3D printing enables our engineers to integrate a complex lattice structure into the design that can't be produced using casting or forging. The lattice optimizes weight distribution to create the highest MOI in blade shape while fine-tuning feel.
During the final step in the process, the surfaces of the 3D printed head are CNC machined to apply the final cosmetic finishing, and ensure the most precise final product.
