Q1. Are all your products brand new?
We mostly sell brand new golf equipment and golf-related products on our website, eBay, and Amazon. Occasionally, we will sell used items that have been deemed to be in superior condition. However, these products will be clearly designated as “Used.”
At Golfio.com, we stand behind every product we sell. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products at low prices. Almost every product is new, authentic, and comes with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Q2. How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time on Golfio.com. Scroll to bottom of the Homepage; under "Support", you will find a link to login into “My Account” and from there can click on “My Orders”
After we receive the payment confirmation, we begin the shipping process. Please check the “Shipping” section below to read more about our shipping policies. An email will be sent out to confirm that payment has been received and shipping has begun.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track your order by clicking on the “Track” button. It is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to unshipped orders. However, if you wish to make changes or to cancel the order completely, you must call customer service immediately.
Q3. How do I search for specific items?
Golfio makes it easy to both browse through new and exciting items and to search for items you are specifically looking for. There are three ways to search for specific items, products, or brands:
- Simply type a keyword into the search box on the top left corner of the Homepage.
- Use the “Product Categories” menu bar at the top of the page to browse products by specific category.
- Use the "Shop by Brand" menu to go to a specific manufacturer's page.
Q4. Is it safe to use my credit card on Golfio.com?
Yes. Golfio uses some of the most sophisticated security software available.
All transactions are processed with the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information with a very secure connection.
Q5. Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. All information is used internally to process customers’ orders.
We will not sell and/or distribute your personal information to any other party without your consent, unless enforced by law.
Q6. How can I modify the order I've placed?
Because of our fast shipping process, it is often difficult to modify a placed order. However, it is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to unshipped orders.
Call our the sales customer service group (1.855.828.1009) immediately in order to modify the order.
Please note that we do have a 30-day Refund Policy if the order was not able to be modified in time.
Q7. I lost my password, please help!
Not to worry!
At the bottom of the Homepage, under the “Support” heading, click on “Password.” You will be redirected to a page asking for your email address. We will send the old password to this address.
Once you have logged into your account, update your password by looking on the left-hand side of the page and clicking on the link titled “Account Information.”
Q8. What are your shipping rates?
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE $50. $5 FLAT RATE on orders below $50.
You are entitled to receive FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $50 to the contiguous 48 states, excluding shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses as well as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands and international orders.
Q9. Can you ship internationally?
Yes! We accept orders from international customers and ship to locations all over the world.
Please be advised, not all products are available for international shipment. Send your product inquiries to email@example.com for further information and instructions on how to place the order.
