A draw-biased carbon composite construction aided by a heel side sole weight. Built upon the 2nd generation of Mizuno's Forged SAT2041 Beta Ti face – for potent ball speeds and consistent performance over time. Slower swing speeds will benefit from the J-Spec – incorporating an incredibly lightweight 39g MFusion graphite shaft.
The new ST series woods are the culmination of Mizuno's 3-year rapid-fire driver development project. Preceded by the highly acclaimed ST190 and ST200 - Mizuno's first drivers widely played by its global tour staff. The straight flight ST-Z and the draw-biased ST-X further deploy Mizuno's new Forged SAT2041 Beta Ti face and complex carbon construction to deliver both potent ball speeds and a dense, satisfying sensation at impact.
Super / Alloy / Titanium / 20% Vanadium / 4% Aluminium / 1% Sn
As a high strength Beta Ti, SAT2041 maintains its characteristics and resists micro fractures for longer than the commonly used 6-4 Ti.
With 17% more tensile strength and 8% more flexibility than traditional 6-4Ti, SAT2041 has a fine grain structure inherently resistant to fatigue. A Nippon steel product developed over five years as a lightweight, high strength material for the automotive industry and used for complex cycle parts – requiring intricate design and ability to withstand strong forces. As a high strength Beta Ti, SAT2041 maintains its characteristics and resists micro fractures for longer than the commonly used 6-4, Alpha Beta Ti.
Refined to maximize the return from Mizuno's Beta Ti face. Ball speeds most noticeably improved low on the clubface.
The majority of Mizuno's tour players expressed a preference for more dense feedback through impact. Mizuno's engineers spent a year finessing the sound to a more muted, powerful tone.
Expanded toe located carbon composite window, with heel located sole weight combine to produce a reliable draw bias.
Delivers an additional contribution to ball speed – low from the clubface.
“In testing, a lot of our tour players preferred the ST-X over the ST-Z for its deeper shape and slightly smaller profile. I’d recommend starting with an open mind and dropping the ST-X alongside the ST-Z in the address position. For a draw bias driver, it’s not going to be what most players expect.” - Chris Voshall”

Fujikura ATMOS TS Black 6 has a similar design profile to the Tour Spec version, but is geared towards fitting a wider spectrum of golfers. The ATMOS has a consistent, smooth feel and is the red launch profile to signify the higher flight and spin and the blue profile for mid launch and spin performance.
Fujikura ATMOS TS Black 7 Recognizing that Tour professionals need to keep the ball flighted down with low spin and that these players have a variety of different swing types and clubhead combinations, it was essential to engineer a variety of options to optimize performance.
Fujikura Ventus Black a multi-material bias core construction technique that delivers ultimate stability through transition and impact (maximizing clubhead MOI) – increasing velocity and smash factor.
Fujikura Ventus Blue designed to significantly tighten shot dispersion and maximize ball speed especially on off-center shots. Ventus is a Tour-inspired profile and the first to include Fujikura’s all-new VeloCore Technology in an accelerated taper, ultra-stiff tip profile.
Fujikura Motore X F3 50 features a reinforced bias core with a torsionally stiffened handle section that promotes faster ball speeds combined with thin layers of full-length bias plies that create a balanced torsional strength for stability.
Fujikura Motore X F3 60 a core paired with an accelerated taper that transfers more energy, boosting ball speeds for more distance while maintaining stability for tighter shot control.
Fujikura Motore X F3 70 designed for smooth and moderate swing types, Firm tip and mid sections produce a mid-high trajectory for longer carry distances with mid spin.
Fujikura Speeder EVO 2 569 Metal Composite Technology (MCT) is employed below the grip area to maximize power on the downswing, to firm up the tip section for a stronger trajectory and reduced spin, and to soften areas of the shaft without losing any accuracy for better feel.
Fujikura Speeder EVO 2 661 90-Ton Carbon is a stronger, stiffer carbon than the 50-Ton Carbon used in the original Evolution, and delivers an immense amount of energy and increased velocity at impact.
