STORE CASHIER

HIRING POSITIONS: Store Cashier

JOB TYPE: Non-Exempt Part-Time or Full-Time (Min. 36 hours/week)

WORKING HOURS: Must work Saturday or Sunday 3-5 days per week

DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Operate POS system (Will be trained)
  • Proficient knowledge of window tools and navigation
  • Search for inventories using online platforms
  • Stock, display, organize, and clean
  • Long hours of standing required
  • Greet and help customers
  • Self-learner & multitasker
  • Assist store managers
  • Report directly to managers
  • Work closely with managers
  • Other duties and tasks will be given by managers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Golf Experience: minimum 3 years (MUST)
  • Retail Sales: minimum 1 year (Required)

GOLF CLUB REPAIR SPECIALIST

The Club Repair Specialist performs all club performance modifications according to the customer's needs and provides the customer with a superior club repair experience by providing product and service recommendations and constructing or modifying clubs as needed. The Club Repair Specialist will manage inventory by accurately recording shop consumption, usage, and waste.

HIRING POSITIONS: Golf Club Repair Specialist

JOB TYPE: Full-time Non-Exempt (Min. 36 hours/week)

WORKING HOURS: Must work Saturday and Sunday, 4-5 days per week, more than 35 hours per week

DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Conduct positive and exceptional club-fitting processes and solutions to meet each and every customer's needs.
  • Follow company rules and operate with computer applications.
  • Share knowledge with managers and staff effectively.
  • Communicate effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately, promoting the customer experience.
  • Operate shop equipment safely by complying with workplace safety programs.
  • Show accuracy in completing all order forms and repair tags.
  • Thorough knowledge of club-making and repair techniques, product features, and their benefits.
  • Recognize ways to improve processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management such as inventory management, reordering, restocking, organizing, cleaning, and so on.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 24 months of related experience
  • Maintain a positive, guest-centric attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to guest needs while being committed to the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.
  • Prior working knowledge of custom fitting and club repair principles is a must!
  • Work with and be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles; operate and use all equipment necessary to run the department.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all associates and customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of processing information and merchandise via a computer and POS register system; operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
  • Have a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, Internet, and order processing systems.
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business reports, correspondence, and procedures effectively while accurately presenting information and responding to questions; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Freely access all store areas including the sales floor, stock area, and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching and kneeling, and lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds at any given time.
  • Work varied hours/days as business dictates.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

HIRING POSITIONS: Warehouse Associate

JOB TYPE: Full-time Non-Exempt (Min. 36 hours/week)

WORKING HOURS:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:40 PM to 4:40 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:40 PM to 3:30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must speak and understand English
  • Knowledge of PC, Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Golf merchandise is PLUS.
  • Focused and detail-oriented
  • Warehouse work experience: pick, pack, palletizing, forklift

DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Unload > Depalletizing or palletizing > Moving Boxes > Opening, Counting Quality Control > Stock to shelves or Transfer to store Picking: efficiently and accurately pick
  • Packing: use appropriate shipping boxes (if necessary) tape the box and place them in an appropriate outbound carrier
  • Stocking and storing all materials assigned by category in their corresponding location.
  • Report any discrepancies or damage found
  • Responsible for inventory audits in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
  • Perform other tasks as needed (minor construction and janitorial tasks)
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisor, managers, and coworkers
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. boxes
  • Occasional pickups / drop off
