If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly take it back from you within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item is in its original, brand new condition with no signs of wear. Please note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment. Please let us know before you send the item back. If you don’t tell us, we will never know and when it arrives, it will probably just sit there for months and months. So please be sure to tell us first.

If you purchase an item and realize that you want to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend you place a new order for the correct item. This is the quickest way to get the item that you want. Our availability for items change frequently so we can’t guarantee that the item you want will be available at the time of your exchange request. Then, contact us to set up a return for the unwanted item for a full refund.


If we send you an item that is defective or not the one you ordered, we sincerely apologize and will do our best to send a replacement out immediately. Please let us know within 30 days and we will send you a return shipping label. If we are notified after 30 days, we will not be able to cover the return shipping cost. This does not apply to international orders. International customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
