We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above $50 and $5 FLAT RATE ground shipping on orders below $50 to the contiguous United States. Sorry, this does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands and all other countries overseas.
In-Stock items ship out within 1-2 business days. Items that come directly from the manufacturer will ship out within 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
We ship with these awesome shipping carriers: FedEx, USPS and OnTrac. Since we offer free shipping for orders above $50, we reserve the right to decide which carrier to use based on cost effectiveness and better service to your location. If you have a preference, feel free to let us know. We will try our best to honor your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
90 Day Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly take it back within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) as long as the item is in its original, brand new condition. Once we receive your return within the 30 days, we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment. If the unwanted item is returned after 30 days, we will still take it back for up to 90 days from the date of purchase, but will only offer STORE CREDIT in the amount that was originally paid. Please note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Please let us know before you send the item back so that we can be on the lookout for it. If we don’t know about it beforehand, your return processing may be delayed. Please note that the 90 Day Return Policy does not apply to CUSTOM CLUBS. All custom clubs cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
If you purchase an item and realize that you want to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend you place a new order for the correct item. This is the quickest way to get the item that you want. Our availability for items change frequently so we can’t guarantee that the item you want will be available at the time of your exchange request. Then, contact us to set up a return for the unwanted item for a full refund.
Damaged or Wrong Item Sent
If we send you an item that is defective or not the one you ordered, we sincerely apologize and will do our best to send a replacement out immediately. Please let us know within 30 days and we will send you a return shipping label. If we are notified after 30 days, we will not be able to cover the return shipping cost. This does not apply to international orders. International customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
