Returns Are On Us!

We understand (however unlikely) that sometimes a product might not be what you
expected, that’s why all returns to Golfio ship free via UPS. This allows both
you and us to easily track your returned item(s).

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on orders above $50 and $5 FLAT RATE ground shipping on orders below $50 to the contiguous United States. Sorry, this does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands and all other countries overseas.

In-Stock items ship out within 1-2 business days. Items that come directly from the manufacturer will ship out within 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.

We ship with these awesome shipping carriers: FedEx, USPS and OnTrac. Since we offer free shipping for orders above $50, we reserve the right to decide which carrier to use based on cost effectiveness and better service to your location. If you have a preference, feel free to let us know. We will try our best to honor your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

90 Day Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly take it back within 30 days as long as the item is in its new and unused condition just like you received it. Click here for your FREE return label. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment or issue you store credit, whichever you prefer. If the unwanted item is returned after 30 days, we will still take it back for up to 90 days from the date of purchase, but will only offer store credit in the amount that was originally paid. Free return labels will not be available after 90 days from the original purchase date. Please note that the 90-Day Return Policy does not apply to personalized or custom orders. All personalized items and custom clubs cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Exchanges

If you purchase an item and realize that you want to exchange it for a different size, color, etc., we recommend you place a new order for the correct item. Then, click here for your FREE return label and return the unwanted item for a refund. This is the quickest way to get the item that you want. Our availability for items changes frequently so we can’t guarantee that the item you want will be available when we receive the incorrect item. Please note that the item must be in its new and unused condition just like you received it before a full refund can be issued.

Damaged or Wrong Item Sent

If we send you an item that is defective or not the one you ordered, we sincerely apologize and will do our best to send a replacement out immediately. Click here for your FREE return label. This does not apply to international orders. International customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

  • Carefully pack the merchandise back in its original packaging.
  • Click here for a FREE return label.
  • Drop off the item at your nearest UPS drop off location.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days upon receipt of your return for inspection and processing.
  • After the return is approved, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement balance.
