When placing an order, the only things we will need to know are your first and last name, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, credit card information and e-mail address. We keep this info in our database on a secure server. You can tell us more, but we most likely won’t remember it.
We will never request sensitive information like your Social Security number, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) from a credit/debit card or your Driver License number. If we do, please hang up on us.
The information that you voluntarily provide to us is stored in our secure customer database server. This allows you to log into your account and expedite the checkout process.
Your e-mail address is your communication tool. We use it to send you order confirmations, tracking information, updates about your order and newsletters. We will never give your e-mail address to anyone that is not related to your order being fulfilled.
We use the most sophisticated security software known to human kind. Each and every transaction is processed with the latest version of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology to encrypt your information and to ensure that you have the utmost level of security available on the web. We also pay extra to make sure our URL address includes “https” so that you know a secured connection has been established.
For APO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and International customers, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) you want, the necessary specifications (i.e. color, size, flex, etc.) and your shipping address. We will then send you a PayPal invoice, which will include the cost of shipping. We only accept PayPal for payment for all international/special location orders. Please note that we do not include the import/duty tax that your country may charge you because honestly, we have no idea how much it will come out to.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above $50 and $5 FLAT RATE on orders below $50 to the contiguous United States. Sorry, this does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands and all other countries overseas.
In-Stock items ship out within 1-2 business days. Items that come directly from the manufacturer will ship out within 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
We ship with these awesome shipping carriers: FedEx, USPS and OnTrac. Since we offer free shipping for orders above $50, we reserve the right to decide which carrier to use based on cost effectiveness and better service to your location. If you have a preference, feel free to let us know. We will try our best to honor your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. For your protection, we may verify your details with a third-party fraud check company. If there are any security concerns or signs of a possible fraudulent order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. PAYPAL: If you have a PayPal account and wish to use it, please choose “Checkout with PayPal” at checkout.
We only charge sales tax (9%) for orders being shipped to California. Sorry, that’s the law. For everyone outside of California…you’re welcome!
We guarantee that we will try our best to match any lower price under the following conditions:

- Item price must be current. Past prices do not apply.

Not happy with your tee shot? We’ll let you hit a provisional. We want you to be happy with purchasing your new clubs from us. So, if, for ANY reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to give you the peace of mind knowing that you can return the club to us within 90 days for STORE CREDIT* to be used towards any replacement club. That’s right! Play as many rounds as you can with your new club to make sure it is right for you. If you decide that you are not happy with it, send it back and replace it with something that’s a better fit for your swing. We’re not happy unless you are completely satisfied with your purchase. ONLY CLUBS SHOWING THE 90 DAY PROVISIONAL GUARANTEE LOGO ARE ELIGIBLE.
Rules for the Provisional Guarantee:
- *STORE CREDIT will be 90% of the amount you have paid for the returned club.
- You must return the club within 90 days from the purchase date.
- Custom clubs are not eligible for the Guarantee.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Limit 3 returns total per calendar year.
- When we receive the returned club, we will issue you store credit.
- You must create an account with us to keep track of your store credit.
- Returned club must be in a reasonably used condition without any major damage with all original components included in one piece. We will not accept clubs that have been altered in any way (i.e. regripped, reshafted, etc.) during the 90-day period.
