Golfio SuperStore is seeking passionate individuals who love golf and enjoy engaging with customers in a dynamic retail environment.

Position: Golf Club Repair Technician

Job Type: Non-exempt
Set Schedule: Part-time (Friday – Monday)
Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shift), 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM (6-hour shift) on Sunday

Requirements

• Golf experience: minimum 3 years (Required)
• Customer Service: minimum 1 year (Required)
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members, embracing the “Sure No Problem” philosophy
• Prior knowledge of club fitting and club repair is preferred
• Ability to work with chemicals, fumes, and shop equipment safely
• Basic knowledge of inventory management for parts and tools
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform club fitting and repair services tailored to customer needs
• Operate shop equipment safely and follow company procedures
• Complete repair orders and documentation accurately
• Maintain strong knowledge of club-making techniques and product features
• Support inventory management, restocking, and organization
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist with general store operations as needed

Position: Cashier

Job Type: Non-exempt part-time
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Hours: (8-hour shift)

• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  or
• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Golf experience: minimum 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail sales/customer service: 1 year (Required)
• POS system experience: 1 year (Required)
• Basic computer skills: 1 year (Required)

Language

• English: Strong verbal communication (Required)
• Korean: Verbal communication (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Manage and check inventory using store systems
• Maintain store organization, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Support daily store operations and management team
• Perform additional duties as assigned
