Golfio SuperStore Sales Representative & Cashier

Golfio is looking for passionate individuals who love golf and enjoy engaging with customers in a retail environment.
Experienced candidates are preferred, and both part-time and full-time applicants are welcome to apply.

Employment Type

  • Part-Time / Full-Time
  • Non-Exempt

Working Hours

  • 3–5 days per week (Including Saturday and Sunday)
  • Approximately 24–40 hours per week

Business Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Experience Requirements

  • Golf Experience: Minimum 1 year
  • Retail Sales / Customer Service: 1 year
  • POS System Experience: 1 year
  • Basic Computer Skills: 1 year

Language Requirements

  • English: Proficient verbal communication (Required)
  • Korean: Proficient verbal communication (Preferred)
  • Mandarin: Proficient verbal communication (Preferred)

Job Duties & Responsibilities

(Training will be provided)

  • Operate POS systems
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and assist customers
  • Search and check inventory using online platforms
  • Stock, display, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Assist store managers with daily store operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by managers

  • Must work on these 4 days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • Minimum 30 hours per week

Business Hours

  • Friday – Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Experience Requirements

  • Golf Club Repair Experience: Minimum 2 years
  • Retail Sales / Customer Service: 1 year

Language Requirements

Job Duties & Responsibilities

(Training will be provided)

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
  • Conduct professional and personalized club fitting services to meet each customer’s specific needs.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while operating required computer applications.
  • Share technical knowledge effectively with managers and staff.
  • Communicate clearly, prioritize tasks efficiently, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Operate shop tools and equipment safely in compliance with workplace safety standards.
  • Ensure accuracy when completing order forms and repair tags.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of club-making and repair techniques, as well as product features and benefits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including inventory management, reordering, restocking, organizing, and cleaning.

Required Skills

  • Maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude by actively listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs, while embracing the “Sure, No Problem” philosophy.
  • Prior hands-on experience with custom fitting and club repair principles is required.
  • Ability to work with and around toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles; must safely operate all department equipment and wear protective gear (mask, goggles, gloves) as required.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with managers, team members, and customers.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, inventory systems, internet use, and order processing software.
  • Strong ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business documents, reports, and procedures; capable of performing calculations such as discounts, percentages, commissions, and interest.
  • Physical ability to access all store areas (sales floor, stockroom, register area) by standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, climbing, and lifting or moving up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Flexibility to work varied days and hours based on business needs.
