Position: Golf Club Repair Specialist

Employment Type:

  • Non-exempt part-time

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Conduct positive and exceptional club-fitting processes and solutions to meet each and every customer's needs.
  • Follow company rules and operate with computer applications.
  • Share knowledge with managers and staff effectively.
  • Communicate effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately, promoting the customer experience.
  • Operate shop equipment safely by complying with workplace safety programs.
  • Show accuracy in completing all order forms and repair tags.
  • Thorough knowledge of club-making and repair techniques, product features, and their benefits.
  • Recognize ways to improve processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management such as inventory management, reordering, restocking, organizing, cleaning, and so on.
  • Maintain a positive, guest-centric attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to guest needs while being committed to the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.
  • Prior working knowledge of custom fitting and club repair principles is a must!
  • Work with and be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles; operate and use all equipment necessary to run the department.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all associates and customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of processing information and merchandise via a computer and POS register system; operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
  • Have a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, Internet, and order processing systems.
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business reports, correspondence, and procedures effectively while accurately presenting information and responding to questions; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Freely access all store areas including the sales floor, stock area, and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching and kneeling, and lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds at any given time.
  • Work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Work Expectations & Attendance Policy:

  • Must be punctual and adhere to assigned work schedules
  • Personal activities (such as phone use or excessive socializing) are not permitted during work hours unless they are work-related
  • Employees must notify the manager in advance if they will be late or unable to work
  • Any incidents or issues must be reported with supporting documents or evidence as required

  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

Position: Warehouse Associate

Employment Type:

  • Non-exempt part-time
  • 5 days per week: 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-shift equipment checks
  • Pick and pack online orders efficiently
  • Unpack store transfer items and prepare them for display (apply price tags, hangers, and security tags)
  • Conduct product quality control (QC) for quantity and quality assurance
  • Perform occasional inventory audits
  • Wrap/unwrap pallets and load/unload shipments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work closely with the warehouse manager and other associates
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Language Requirements:

  • English: Proficient reading and verbal communication (Required)
  • Korean: Proficient verbal communication (Preferred)
  • Spanish: Proficient verbal communication (Preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer literacy required
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to handle light lifting and other warehouse-related activities
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
